Race Discrimination

It is unlawful for employers to treat employees differently based on their race or national origin. For example, employers cannot deny an employee a promotion, raise or other benefit because of a person’s race. Additionally, employers cannot terminate an employee or refuse to hire them based on their race or national origin. If you have been the victim of this type of discrimination there are state and federal laws that we can use to fight back.
