Wrongful Termination

If you have recently been fired from your job for an unjust or unfair reason you may have legal recourse that you can take against your employer. Even though employers in Pennsylvania may fire employees for a variety of reasons, they cannot fire someone for an illegal reason. For example, employers may not lawfully fire someone based on their race or disability. Employers cannot fire someone because they reported the illegal activity of the employer or because the employee filed a formal complaint against the employer with a government agency. If you believe that you have been fired for an unfair or unlawful reason we will evaluate your case for you and decide if you can take legal action against your employer.
