VeteransThere are strong federal laws that protect the employment rights of active duty and separated service members. An employer is legally obligated to accommodate a service member if they are called to duty. Additionally, employers cannot deny a job, promotion or other benefits based on a person’s military service. If you have been denied a job or benefit because you are or were a service member we will prosecute your employer under the full weight of federal law.
